HumHub

HumHub is Open Source Enterprise Social Network, used for Online Community . HumHub is an intuitive to use and modular designed open-source software, used primarily as social network, knowledge database, intranet or information and communication platform.

Prepare​

When referring to this document to use HumHub, please read and ensure the following points:

  • Login to Websoft9 Console and find or install HumHub:

    • Go to My Apps listing applications
    • Go to App Store installing target application

  • This application is installed by Websoft9 console.

  • The purpose of this application complies with the AGPL-3.0 open source license agreement.

  • Configure the domain name or server security group opens external network ports for application access.

Getting started​

Initial setup​

  1. When completing the installation of HumHub in the Websoft9 Console, get the applicaiton's Overview and Access information from My Apps

  2. After logging into HumHub, navigate to Administration -> General -> Base URL to set the properities of the URL, and go to Administration -> Advanced -> E-Mail to configure the SMTP settings.
